Delivery Information


We predominantly ship with DPD; in most parts of the UK this is a next day delivery service, remote locations may take two days. International deliveries take 2-7 days on average.

DPD provide an excellent end-user service that includes an app that allows you to manage your one-hour delivery slot. If you aren’t going to be in, you can leave a safe place instruction for the driver either via the app or a note left at the property that the driver can photograph.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates do not include Customs Duties or Taxes on International Shipments. Shipping Rates can fluctuate to prices shown, if you are not happy with the shipping rate quoted, we are happy to do a new carriage quotation, within  1-2 working days, please contact us.

Helmets: Gecko helmets are safety products and cannot be resold once returned to us, therefore our returns conditions are more rigid and unwanted goods must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. We do offer a 12-month limited warranty on our helmets so long as sufficient care has been taken to maintain them.  Current lead time is 2-4 weeks for helmets, unless in stock. please contact us.

Comms: Gecko communication headsets are custom-made to order and therefore returns are only accepted within 14 days of receipt of the item. Faulty items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Current lead time for headsets  is 12 – 14 weeks. please contact us.

Everything else: For all other items in the Gecko shop, we offer a 30 day returns policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You will need to enclose proof of purchase with your return. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment which you should receive within a few days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable so the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
